The VEC Trust

The VEC Trust has two roles:

1. It manages investments in the UK which are for the benefit of the College, and on behalf of the College;

2. 
Its Directors constitute the Finance Committee of the VEC.

The Finance and Operations Committee

The VEC Trust Directors delegate their responsibility for the ordinary administration of the finances to the FOC. One of the functions of the committee is therefore to assist the Directors of the VEC Trust in their capacity as Finance Committee.
